I am an eclectic therapist with 20 years’ experience as a substance abuse/mental health counselor in the Army and the private sector. I utilize a strength-based cognitive behavioral/motivational therapy focus. Together, we will define, clarify, and use the many positive resources within you to achieve a higher quality of life.
